Return Policy

• - Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
• - Products must be unused and in original packaging
• - Include the original receipt or order confirmation
• - Certain items (undergarments, perishables, custom orders) are non-returnable

How to Return

2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at a designated pickup point
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer.
