1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buy360.lk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Buying & Selling

Buyers agree to pay for items purchased. Sellers agree to ship items as described in their listings. Buy360.lk acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

4. Prohibited Activities

- Listing counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
- Manipulating reviews or ratings
- Circumventing platform fees by transacting outside Buy360.lk
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users

5. Limitation of Liability

Buy360.lk provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, except as covered by our Guarantee program.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo.
